Returns and Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy – MILLION
1. Please record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for any claims related to product defects (e.g., tears or holes). Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
2. Return or exchange requests due to product defects must or size issues must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests beyond this period cannot be processed.
3. Exchanges are only applicable for size changes — not for model or color changes
4. Size exchanges are only possible if the requested size is still available. We cannot accommodate requests to wait for restocks, change to another model or color, or provide refunds for size-related issues.
5. Customer can only claim product exchange once for each purchase.
6. Refunds are only eligible if the product received is defective or incorrect, and must be supported by an unboxing video.
7. Returned items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, undamaged (except factory defects), and with the original hangtag still attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
8. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item to our warehouse and for the re-delivery of the exchanged product.
10. The exchange process may take 7–10 business days after the returned item is received by MILLION (excluding public holidays and weekends).
IMPORTANT NOTES
MILLION reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if your returns do not meet our criterias. This is done to prevent any abuse of our returns system.
